One of the strategic initiatives developed and implemented by the EPAC Board of Directors has been to grow a budget that is both transparent and reliable. Our organizational income is dependent upon 3 primary income streams: fundraising, grant writing and ticket sales. We established a Grants Committee within our Board structure to enable us to better plan for, develop and utilize our grant resources.

Over the past 5 years, EPAC has met with increasing success in grant writing. This has positioned the organization to be able to recruit artists and secure contracts in advance of our upcoming seasons and has strengthened our ability to bring bigger and better performances to our community.

The following illustrates our grant writing success during the past couple years:

2022-2023

  • Park County Community Foundation

  • Give a Hoot

  • Gardiner Resort Area District

  • Western States Art Federation

  • National Endowment for the Arts

  • Montana Arts Council, and legislative grant from Montana’s Cultural Trust
